Since the inception of greenhouse gas monitoring and reporting, Steve has been actively involved in the development of standards and guidelines, implementation of measurement and accounting systems, and emission reduction projects, both as a consultant and as lead verifier for EU ETS and UNFCC CDM project validation and verification. Steve has a wealth of experience in instrumentation, and originally specialized in production processes in the oil and gas industry. This wealth of experience was then extended to the measurement of greenhouse gases and air pollutants.
