To support GIZ in the implementation of the Accreditation and Verification Regulation (AVR) in the Turkish MRV system, verico SCE delivered more than 700 presentation slides on all aspects related to MRV, accreditation of verification bodies, and the necessary expertise. This input was applied in a “train-the-trainers” approach to eventually train Turkish verifiers. Furthermore, we developed a written exam for verifiers in Turkey in order to ensure a minimum quality for the new verifiers to be established.
