on the market pre-filled with F-gas refrigerants,\nthe European subsidiaries of the\nSAMSUNG Group must report their imported quantities and\nstocks of F-gases annually in accordance with EU Regulation 517\/2014 (F-gas Regulations)\nand must hold sufficient quota to cover the reported F-gas quantities.\n\nSince 2017, Verico SCE has verified the declarations of conformity and all\nassociated documentation for the F-Gas reporting of the approx. 20\nEuropean SAMSUNG companies affected by the regulation.\nThis includes sometimes very complex inventories with tens of thousands of\nindividual transactions, which can be assessed using a sample-based approach of\nthe individual customs and shipping documents, where the specific\nproduct descriptions are matched and checked.\n\nFollowing a successful audit, each individual company receives a\nVerification document, which is submitted to the competent EU authority.\nThis is submitted
